  • Make an immediate left turn into the campus at the parking garage structure
  • Parking is available on the fifth and sixth floors of the Cottage Grove Parking Garage

  • Head North on University Center Drive
  • Make a right turn on Tropicana Avenue going East
  • Make a left turn on Maryland Parkway heading North
  • Make a left turn on Cottage Grove Avenue
  • Make an immediate left turn into the campus at the parking garage structure
  • Parking is available on the fifth and sixth floors of the Cottage Grove Parking Garage

  • If using a rideshare or taxi service, please direct your app to drop you off at the Maryland Parkway/Harmon entrance to campus. This location is within close walking distance of the Student Union where Orientation is held.
  • This is one of six locations on UNLV’s main campus that has been identified for the pickup and drop-off of passengers. The locations are identified on campus with signage and marked on this campus map with a yellow star.

  • The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) UNLV Transit Center is a major bus facility located on campus within walking distance of the Student Union where Orientation is held.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available on the UNLV campus for all New Student Orientation sessions.

Parking is available on the fifth and sixth levels of Cottage Grove Parking Garage. Arrangements have been made for our new students and their families to park in these spots without a parking pass. However, if you park on any other level in this garage or anywhere else on campus, or any reserved or handicapped parking stall without proper documentation, you will be ticketed, and you will be responsible for any charges that are incurred due to parking violations.

All New Student Orientation sessions are held on the main campus at the UNLV Student Union.
