Applying for admission as a nontraditional student is no different from applying as a student coming right out of high school or transferring from another institution. Select the category that most applies to you, and continue the process through the admission website.
If you did not attend college right after high school and have not taken any college courses or if you have attended college but have earned fewer than 24 credits and are looking to obtain a bachelor's degree, you will be applying as a freshman student.
If you have graduated from high school and will complete 24 or more credit hours of college work by the time you enter UNLV, you will be applying as a freshman student.
You have been a student at UNLV but have taken at least a semester off and want to return to UNLV.
