Southern Nevada Writing Project
The SNWP offers a number of professional development opportunities aimed at improving the teaching of writing.
Programs for teachers include invitational summer institutes; mini-conferences; professional development workshops such as engaging ELL students through writing, action research, using literature to teach the writing traits, etc.); and support for teachers, youth and families.
SNWP is part of the National Writing Project.
