Supplier Self Service

To Our Campus Customers,
The UNLV Purchasing and Contracts Department has launched a new online Supplier Self Service and Registration System. The system can be accessed at https://supplierregistration.purchasing.unlv.edu/. This system has many features including:
- online access from any web browser
- allows suppliers to register to do business with UNLV
- suppliers can login and manage their company information
- provides a search tool for you to use to see if a supplier has registered in the system
The most immediate change is that the online supplier registration system will take the place of the paper vendor application and W9. Moving forward, UNLV Purchasing will require all suppliers wanting to do business with the university to register online.
IMPORTANT: When communicating with a supplier, you should not provide them with a copy of the paper vendor application and W9. Instead, direct them to https://supplierregistration.purchasing.unlv.edu/. This website has instructions on how to complete the registration as well as contact information should there be questions or issues.
A supplier search tool can be located at https://supplierregistration.purchasing.unlv.edu/SupplierSearch.aspx. This tool allows you to search the supplier registration system to determine if a supplier has already registered. An instructional video detailing how to use the supplier search tool is available at http://www.unlv.edu/purchasing/training-videos. Please take the time to view the video now as it will provide necessary information on how to use the system
