During the above listed dates, the Mountain West Conference Basketball Tournament will take place at the Thomas and Mack Center, attracting a large number of attendees. Every effort has been made to minimize the parking impacts resulting from these games. Load-in for the event begins on Friday, March 8, 2013.
The partial lot closures below, listed by lot, are provided as a parking guide during this busy period. Faculty/Staff and Student parking will be as usual with the exceptions listed below. Please be advised that heavy traffic volumes could be experienced during these dates and times.
Black Lot: (located directly south of the Thomas and Mack Center) – The Black VIP Lot will be closed from 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2013 through Saturday, March 16, 2013.
WHITE LOT: (located south of the Campus Services Building) – The eastern flagged section of this lot will be held similar to weekly basketball games Tuesday, March 12, 2013 through Saturday, March 16, 2013.
ALTERNATIVE PARKING: Additional parking will be available in the Cottage Grove Parking Garage and the Naples Lot north of the Campus Services Building for those that wish to avoid the traffic and parking challenges starting Wednesday, March 12, 2013.
