Harrah Hotel College to Honor Hospitality Leader Gerard J. Inzerillo at Annual Vallen Dinner April 24

Gerard (Jerry) J. Inzerillo (’75), CEO of Forbes Travel Guide, will be honored as the UNLV Harrah Hotel College alumnus of the year and hospitality industry leader of the year during the 10th annual Vallen Dinner of Distinction.

The William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration annually recognizes its alumni and leaders in the hospitality industry during its annual Vallen Dinner of Distinction. The event is named in honor of Hotel College founding dean Jerome Vallen, with proceeds benefitting the college's alumni relations program.

Inzerillo, who in May will take over as chief executive officer for Forbes Travel Guide, has be involved in leadership positions with some of the world’s leading hospitality companies. Inzerillo has worked for Kerzner International Resorts, Ian Schrager Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Sun City Resort in South Africa, where he worked on the 1994 inaugural event for President Nelson Mandela.

Most recently, he was President and CEO of IMG Artists, a leading artist management, lifestyle and festival company.
