Through this workshop you will get an overview of the end of year processes involved in making purchases during the later part of the fiscal year. The workshop will cover deadlines for submitting and processing of documents related to purchases (requisitions/ solicitations/ PCard transactions, and more). The agenda will, in particular, highlight the requirements for use of STATE FUNDS when making end of year purchases.
