This 18,500-seat multipurpose events center is the site for basketball and hockey games, major concerts, ice shows, and the National Finals Rodeo. It houses the administrative offices for intercollegiate athletics, the center's operating staff, the athletic development office, and Rebel Store. Meeting rooms, board room, amd Si Redd room are available for reservations.

The box office for Thomas & Mack Center and COX Pavilion is located on the southwest side of TMC.
