Continuing Student Scholarship Application
This application is for continuing students. Future students should apply here.
Scholarships are awarded for the upcoming academic year (Fall and Spring semesters). All scholarships in the College of Hotel Administration have the following minimum requirements:
- Full-time enrollment (12 credits undergraduate/9 credits graduate) at UNLV in the semester the award is to be disbursed.*
- Student must be formally admitted to a major in the College of Hotel Administration.
*Culinary Arts Management students, who are splitting their full-time enrollment between UNLV and CSN, must contact the Office for Student Advising to confirm eligibility.
Awards are made for one year only. You must complete the Hotel Scholarship Application each year you wish to be considered. Selection of scholarship recipients is done by the college’s Scholarship Committee and is based on the student’s status at the time the awards are assigned. Changes in status, e.g., major, residency, need, etc., discovered at the time of disbursement could affect eligibility.
Some scholarships require a documented financial need and require a current year Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form be completed and submitted to the UNLV Financial Aid Department.
Only students who are offered a scholarship will receive notification from the College of Hotel Administration.
