Dine With Us

There is nothing that says "hospitality" better than good food, drink, and conversation. You and your friends and colleagues are invited to join students, faculty, and chef artists for a range of culinary experiences.

Chef Artist Dinner Series

The chefs for these four-course dinners are invited to prepare their hand-picked signature menu items, pair them with wines, and visit with the guests. Proceeds from the events provide student scholarships, funds for faculty development opportunities, and money for the purchase of new equipment.

Capstone Café

Come enjoy themed décor, unique foods, and specialty drinks! Here students learn management techniques and customer relations skills as they work the front and back of the house in this Harrah Hotel College tradition of food and beverage offerings. The Capstone Café is located in the Boyd Dining Room, Room 228 Beam Hall.

Fall 2014 Schedule
Most Tuesdays from 11:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Most Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Catering and Event Space

The Stan Fulton Building is available for meetings and events with full-service catering. The building is on the southeast corner of Flamingo and Swenson, with a physical address of 801 E. Flamingo Road.
