International Student Programs

UNLV offers students a wide variety of programs and services that enhance their campus diversity experience. Student engagement and success are key in this effort, thus the skill set needed for success must include understanding from global perspective.

Whether you are an American student interested in learning about other cultures and meeting people from around the world, or an international student, who wishes to make the most out of her/his American college experience, International Student Programs is committed to providing you with on campus cross-cultural social and academic programs.

We strive to:

  • Assist international students in adjusting to life at UNLV
  • Advocate and function as a platform on which the needs and concerns of international students are being represented
  • Bridge the gap between American and international students through various events and activities
  • Provide opportunities for all students to develop cross-cultural awareness and leadership skills
