*DNA sequencing for samples that do not need manipulation on our end before running, meaning the samples have the proper DNA concentration, the requestor has added the primer, the samples are the proper volume, and are in flat-cap PCR tubes.
**DNA sequencing for samples that need to be manipulated by us, including addition of primer, determination and dilution of DNA template concentration, and transfer of submitted samples that are not in 0.2 ml flat-cap PCR tubes into 0.2 ml flat-cap PCR tubes.
