On this form, your instructor can indicate a letter grade which, if included in your GPA calculation, would make you eligible for the Millennium Scholarship. This grade will not be a part of your official UNLV GPA and is used for Millennium Scholarship purposes only. The Financial Aid and Scholarships office will calculate an unofficial semester GPA using the reported grade and submit a request to the state Millennium Scholarship office for final approval.
Please note, the process can take several weeks to complete, and you should not assume that your request will be approved. You must pay all charges on time; no late fees will be waived for students waiting on the decision of their appeal.
Financial Aid & Scholarships Office Scholarship Application
To be considered for most UNLV scholarhips, you do not need to submit any application materials.
