Please complete the form below to submit an equipment request.
Requests must be received by:
Thursday, 9 a.m. for Friday pick-ups, and
Monday, 9 a.m. for Tuesday pick-ups.
Equipment check-out is between:
9 a.m.–5 p.m. on Friday, or
noon–5 p.m. on Tuesday.
Equipment return is between:
9 a.m.–6 p.m. on Monday, or
9 a.m.–noon on Thursday.
There are no guarantees of equipment availability. If there is an availability issue, we will contact you.
