Student Union – Medium Meeting Rooms
The Student Union features five medium meeting spaces, ideal for your meeting, reception, conference, guest speaker, or banquet. Rooms 205, 207, 209, 211, and 213 can accommodate up to 65 people, depending on your setup. Room 205 is permanently set up as a classroom for 48. Available setups include:
Ask a member of our sales or reservation team about custom setups or indicate any special needs you have on your reservation or RFP form. All rooms measure approximately 26 feet by 30 feet and feature:
- A built-in dry-erase board
- A projection screen
- Ethernet and phone-line capabilities
- At least one area for food tables or event materials
- Windows for natural lighting
- A view of adjacent Maryland Parkway or campus
- Free guest wireless Internet access
Ask us about registration tables. We can arrange a table and two chairs immediately outside your meeting room, giving your guests a first point of contact.
