Student Union
UNLV's Student Union is an exciting and vibrant facility conveniently located off of Maryland Parkway. With more than 135,000 square feet, the union is well equipped to host your meeting and event. With food vendors like Starbucks, Panda Express, Metro Pizza, and Subway; extended building hours; and a full staff, you and your guests will enjoy a wide range of services available as you host your event in the Student Union. The Student Union has more than 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space available for you to reserve, including:
Small Meeting Rooms
Choose from four small meeting rooms with seating for up to 50 people.
Medium Meeting Rooms
Our medium meeting rooms seat up to 65 people and offer a variety of room setups.
Large Meeting Room
The Student Union's large multipurpose room, Room 208, offers seating for more than 500 people and can be divided into three smaller sections.
Theatre Complex
The Philip J. Cohen Theatre in the Student Union is ideal for small theatrical productions, film screenings, or hosting guest speakers.
Ballroom
The Student Union Ballroom offers more than 9,000 square feet of beautiful meeting and event space.

Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday, noon to 11 p.m.
Summer Break
Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, noon to 8 p.m.
