This hilarious musical exposes a world of greed, corruption, love and revolution during a time when water is worth is weight in gold and private bathrooms are outlawed. Residents of this Gotham-like city are required to use public restrooms that are regulated by a single malevolent company, which profits by charging admission for one of humanity's most basic needs. During this time of bathroom repression, one hero decides he's had enough and plans a revolution to lead his fellow citizens to toilet freedom!
