The William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration would like to welcome you to the main event, UNLVino's Grand Tasting, where the Paris' Champagne Ballroom has been transformed into a paradise for more than 5,000 epicurious guests. Southern Wine & Spirits and UNLV proudly present this time-honored tradition, featuring an incredible collection of international wines, specialty beers and craft cocktails complemented by cuisine from Las Vegas' favorite restaurants and UNLV's talented culinary students.

Honey Salt is the passion project of visionary Elizabeth Blau, an industry leader known for her fresh and innovative approach to hospitality.
Tickets are $125 each and may be purchased through UNLVtickets, the UNLVino website, or the UNLV Bookstore.
Doors open to the public from 7-10 p.m. and for industry professionals from 11 p.m.-2 a.m.
