UNLVino debuts a mixology-focused, star-chef-studded affair, rounding out an impressive four days of beverage events benefitting UNLV's William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration. Featuring cuisine from renowned celebrity chefs Charlie Palmer, Scott Conant, and Gustav Mauler. This luxurious tasting event will be elevated with craft-cocktail creations by Master Mixologist Francesco Lafranconi set amongst the awe-inspiring architecture of Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.  

The Dom Pérignon Award of Excellence Honoree is Scott Sibella, president and COO of the MGM Grand

Admission Information:
