Did you know that some of the most popular items for thieves to steal on campus are laptop computers and other personal electronic devices? Thieves find the unattended electronic equipment of studying college students to be an easy crime of opportunity.
The UNLV Department of Police Services would like to reduce the likelihood of this occurring on our campus, so Police Services has scheduled multiple property registration events for all members of the campus community.
Registration Dates and Times:
- Jan. 28 & Jan. 30, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
- Jan. 29 & Jan. 31 , 8-9 p.m.
Registration is free and available for laptops, iPads, bicycles and any other items with serial numbers.
