The purpose of the UNLV Health Care Administration Student Association (HCASA) is to foster collaboration and understanding between the undergraduate and graduate students in the health care administration degree programs and other related programs. Its mission is to also provide opportunities for students to network with professionals from the community and to interact with faculty and staff. Furthermore, HCASA will facilitate social events to encourage networking and communication for students, faculty, staff, and outside agencies.
HCASA also partners with the American College of Health Care Executives (ACHE), and the executive council and others find it valuable that all members of HCASA become ACHE student members. Membership can be obtained through the ACHE website.
