Training: The Basics of Collaborative Problem Solving

Office of Human Resources' staff development office invites participants to attend "The Basics of Collaborative Problem Solving" workshop where you will learn to:
- Identify barriers to a positive outcome when problem solving
- Describe behaviors of effective problem solvers
- Apply an eight-step model for problem solving
- Utilize tools for gaining consensus
