Office of Human Resources' staff development office invites participants to attend "The Basics of Collaborative Problem Solving" workshop where you will learn to:

  • Identify barriers to a positive outcome when problem solving
  • Describe behaviors of effective problem solvers
  • Apply an eight-step model for problem solving
  • Utilize tools for gaining consensus
