Campus Location

Office/Remote Location

Pida Plaza

Description

Did you know that 5-cents of the cost of a single use plastic water bottle at UNLV will now go toward funding more hydration stations on campus? Starting on March 5, 5-cents of the plastic water bottles purchased at the food locations throughout the university will automatically go into a separate hydration station fund. Though the goal is to reduce single use water bottles on campus, this initiative assists by adding funding to have more hydration stations installed on campus while we try to reach our goal of having a hydration station built on each floor of every building.

Want to learn more? Come and see UNLV Dining and UNLV Take Back the Tap to learn more. Need a reusable bottle? You can trade a single use plastic water bottle for a FREE reusable water bottle!

Catch us on March 3, 1-3 p.m., Student Union Pida Plaza and March 4, 2-4 p.m., Inside the Student Union
