Streetball Hafla Film Screening and Panel Discussion

The Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law presents a film screening and panel discussion of "Streetball Hafla," a film exploring how basketball can foster harmonious relationships between Jews and Arabs in Israel.

Panelists include:

  • Sasha Nizgoda, whose mother was raised Jewish and whose father was raised Muslim
  • Gilad Berman, a young Israeli Jewish tennis player who now attends UNLV
  • Mohammad Nasereddin, who grew up in the West Bank and now attends UNLV
  • Ricky Sobers, a former professional basketball player
  • Tom Jackovic, Executive Director, USA Track & Field Foundation
  • Michael Saltman, Co-Founder of the Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution, William S. Boyd School of Law
