UNLV Assistant Professor David Lee will be the featured speaker at a School of Life Sciences seminar.
Lee is the director of the Laboratory of Comparative Biomechanics (LoCB), which investigates pure and applied questions of mechanical function in animals with a special emphasis on legged locomotion. His studies span muscle-tendon, joint, limb, and whole-body dynamics.
Admission is free. No ticket required.
