Description
Professor Allan Meltzer will present a lecture titled "Regulation and the Rule of Law."
Professor Meltzer is The Allan H. Meltzer University Professor of Political Economy at Carnegie Mellon University. He and his long-time co-author, Professor Karl Brunner, established the Shadow Open Market Committee in 1973. Meltzer served as chair of this committee from its founding until 1999.
