The second of this year's Chef Artist Dinner series features Chef Mary Sue Milliken of Border Grill in Mandalay Bay. Chef Milliken will host a four-course dinner with wine parings.
Chef Milliken is one of the first people to give Mexican cuisine in America a gourmet flair. One of the “Too Hot Tamales,” she has established an exceptional reputation with multiple restaurants, her own cookbooks, and television shows.
She has appeared on Julia Child’s PBS series "Cooking with Master Chefs" and most recently appeared on Bravo’s "Top Chef Masters." With great wines, unique foods, and interesting company, this promises to be an evening to remember.
