Free Documentary Screening of "FLOW"
When: Mar. 19, 2013, 7pm - 9:30pmCampus Location: Science and Engineering Building
Office/Remote Location: Auditorium
UNLV Sustainability and Take Back the Tap invite you to a free movie screening of "Flow." Irena Salina's award-winning documentary investigates what experts label the most important political and environmental issue of the 21st Century - The World Water Crisis. Salina builds a case against the growing privatization of the world's dwindling fresh water supply with an unflinching focus on politics, pollution, human rights, and the emergence of a domineering world water cartel.
Along with this, we are excited and honored to announce an esteemed panel who will discuss and answer questions on water management related issues. We also have cool giveaways for participants.
We would like to thank our collaborators: Rebel Service Council, UNLV Facilities, Nevada Conservation League and the Office of the President of Business & Finance for their constant support.
We are looking forward for you and your friends to participate in this event and celebrate World Water Day with us.
This event is free and open to the public.
