CLE: Art and Science of Mediation and Decision Making

The Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution at the William S. Boyd School of Law will host Dan Weitz, deputy director, Division of Professional and Court Services and Coordinator, Office of ADR and Court Improvement Programs for a CLE event focused on “Neuroscience Research: Practical Implications for Negotiators and Mediators.”  

Segments of the event will include:

  • "Introduction to Neuroscience and Decision Making"
  • "The Science of Mediation and Decision Making"
  • "The Nature of Conflict and Cooperation."


This event is approved for 3 CLE credits.
