The William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration will be hosting their 15th annual Chef Artist Dinner series to benefit student scholarships, faculty development, and equipment for student use. Each Chef Artist Dinner features a
guest chef preparing their hand-picked signature menu items. It begins with an hors d'oeuvre reception at 6 p.m., followed by a three-course dinner.
November's dinner we will feature Mary Sue Milliken, co-chef/owner, Border Grill Restaurants & Truck and Michael Minor, executive chefs, Border Grill, Las Vegas.
