Description

The BMI Emerging Writers Series presents Poet Lynn Xu.

Shanghai-born poet Lynn Xu is the author of the collection "Debts & Lessons" and the chapbook "June," and her work has been featured in Best American Poetry. Xu earned her MFA at Brown University and received a Jacob K. Javits Fellowship for her doctoral studies at UC-Berkeley. She is an editor at Canarium Books.

The reading will be followed by a Q&A and book signing.

The Emerging Writers Series (EWS) brings early career poets and fiction writers each year to the campuses of UNLV and UNR to present public readings and student-centered craft talks.

Admission Information

All Black Mountain Institute (BMI) events are free and open to the public. Tickets are not required.
