The School of Architecture's Klai Juba Lecture Series presents a talk by Jonathan Galaviz titled, "Our Future in Asia: How Las Vegas architects can capitalize on The Boomerang Effect."
Mr. Jonathan V. Galaviz is a chief economist of Galaviz & Co., a firm providing economic analysis and feasibility studies for clients in the casino gaming, airline, hotel and leisure industries. Mr. Galaviz is known in the casino industry for his 2004 public policy white paper outlining the tourism benefits of casino gaming legalization in Singapore. He is an advisor to several private equity funds, governments and Fortune 500 companies on strategic planning, joint ventures and government relations.
