National Board Certification
The National Board Certification initiative provides powerful professional development aimed at increasing teacher quality and student achievement in the Clark County School District.
The initiative provides multiple activities to facilitate professional development for teachers at various stages in their careers and is focused on the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Numerous research studies show increased achievement among students whose teachers have achieved board certification.
