  The Nevada Small Business Development Center (NSBDC) is a statewide resource for business assistance, providing a unique array of services, expertise and training in all areas including starting, growing and developing a business.
   
  The Small Business Compliance Alliance (SBCA) is the national partnership system providing EPA, IRS and OSHA regulatory assistance and information to small businesses coordinating with federal, state and local agencies.
   
  The Safety Consultation and Training Section (SCATS) is Nevada’s OSHA assistance program designed to help employers improve their safety and health program, assist in training employees, and possibly qualify for an exemption from Nevada’s OSHA enforcement inspections.
   
  The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) helps small businesses succeed! The SBA also funds the NSBDC through a cooperative agreement.
   
  The mission of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is to assure the safety and health of America’s workers.
   
  The NSBDC’s Business Environmental Program (BEP) provides free and confidential assistance with hazardous waste, air quality, pollution prevention and energy efficiency.
   
  Nevada Power and Sierra Pacific support the NSBDC by providing office and training facilities.
