Confidentiality Agreement

The Safety Assistance Service operates under the Nevada Small Business Development Center’s policy that ensures complete confidentially. Information received and discussed will not be shared with a third party.

Relationship with SCATS

The Safety Assistance Service partners with the Nevada Safety Consultation and Training Section (SCATS) to provide OSHA information to businesses in the state of Nevada. SCATS is a separate program from the NSBDC and operates under a different confidentiality policy. Businesses requesting assistance from SCATS are advised to familiarize themselves with their policy. Relationship with SBA

Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) are a program supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration and extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis.
