MultiPrep™ System
Precise semi-automatic sample preparation of a wide range of materials for microscopic (optical, SEM, TEM, AFM, etc.) evaluation. Capabilities include parallel polishing, precise angle polishing, site-specific polishing or any combination thereof. It provides reproducible sample results by eliminating inconsistencies between users, regardless of their skill. The MultiPrep eliminates the need for hand-held polishing jigs, and ensures that only the sample makes contact with the abrasive.

D500i Dimpler®
A precision electro-mechanical metallographic lapping instrument. It will continuously monitor and cotnrol dimpling parameters and accurately terminate at a preset specimen thickness. This breakthrough in electronic and mechanical integration has added repeatability and reliability to the dimpling process, as well as automation.

Tenupol-5
Automatic, electrolytical thinning of specimens for examination in a transmission electron microscope. With the built-in scanning function and additional enhancement functions parameters for new materials can easily be established.
Specimens with a diameter of 2.3 and 3 mm dia are polished from both sides simultaneously to achieve a thin foil with a centre hole as small as possible. The thinning is controlled by an infrared light source, stopping the process as soon as the first light can pass through the established hole.

EMS 850 Critical Point Drier
Designed for use with CO₂, having first replaced any water in the specimen by a series of dehydration, often in the same fluid such as Acetone, which will also be the intermediate fluid
