1. Nevada Training Academy: Satisfaction and Outcome Survey
This project involves a satisfaction and impact survey used to measure the outcome of two child welfare training academies. Two cohort groups of newly hired child welfare professionals underwent extensive training in child and family practice. In addition, the child welfare professionals were trained in advanced case management methods. Finally, the child welfare professionals received training concerning various case management aspects of their job and received an in-depth orientation to the child welfare system. An evaluation is being conducted in order to better understand the impact of the training academy and to enhance future trainings.  Top
