UNLV offers many venues for meetings, conferences, and other events. To rent or reserve space on campus, please follow up with the appropriate contact.

Outdoor Venues

The Angelo J. and Frances Manzi Courtyard, located outside the Richard Tam Alumni Center, can be reserved through Alumni Relations.

Campus outdoor green space, including the Alumni Amphitheatre, North Field, Student Union Courtyard, Valerie Pida Plaza, Tonopah Lawn, Warner Green, and basketball and volleyball courts, can be reserved through Student Union & Event Services.

Sam Boyd Stadium and Star Nursery Field can be reserved through the Thomas & Mack Center.

Xeric Garden can be reserved through the Marjorie Barrick Museum.

Meeting Rooms, Conference Housing, and Event Space

The Richard Tam Alumni Center offers several spaces for rent, including the William Trent Lounge, Pangonis/Potter Conference Area, Leo Gibrich Entry Lobby, the Marietta Tiberti Grand Hall, Jessie and Bryan Metcalf Art Gallery, and the Fred C. Albrecht Board Room. Reservations can be made through Alumni Relations.

The Stan Fulton Building offers a chef on staff, and several spaces for rent, including computer training labs, an executive conference room, the Stan Fulton Bistro, and a downstairs ballroom. Reservations can be made through the building's sales office.

The Student Union, Student Recreation Center, Campus Housing's Tonopah Conference Room, Dayton Conference Room, and the Warner Conference Room can be reserved through Student Union & Event Services.

Cox Pavilion meeting rooms and the Thomas & Mack Center meeting rooms, board room, and Si Redd Room can be reserved through the Thomas & Mack Center.

The Marjorie Barrick Museum offers several space for rent, including the auditorium, lobby and Dr. Michael C. and Mannetta Braunstein Exhibit Hall.

Theaters and Concert Halls

The Judy Bayley Theatre, Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall, and the Black Box Theatre can be reserved through the Performing Arts Center.

The Student Union Theatre can be reserved through Student Union & Event Services.

The Thomas & Mack Center Arena, Cox Pavilion, and Sam Boyd Stadium can be reserved through the Thomas & Mack Center.

Classrooms and Auditoriums

A variety of academic spaces in campus classrooms and auditoriums can be reserved by both internal and external groups.

UNLV employees can reserve academic space by e-mailing events@unlv.edu.

External groups can reserve space by calling Sandy Settina at 702-895-3406.

The Marjorie Barrick Museum offers a 150-seat auditorium with audio visual capabilities and can be reserved by internal and external groups.
