The comments listed above from students served by the Academic Success Center (ASC) are just a few examples of the important learning impacts achieved through academic advising, first-year seminars, student athlete academic services, tutoring, and coaching. To better inform how we can continue effective support, the ASC uses a multifaceted approach for assessing its course work, academic advising, learning support, and academic intervention through the use of questionnaires; student satisfaction surveys; utilization numbers; course, workshop, and presentation evaluations; and informal input from students, faculty, and staff.

The ASC has received very positive and helpful feedback on a number of levels, and this feedback has been grouped in the following categories:
