Part 1 – Your introductory statement should identify your concern and what action you hope your political representative will do to address it.
Part 2 – The main section is where you explain your position, why you are concerned and how it affects other people, including your friends and family and people in your community.
Part 3 – Your views on the solution. Express how you think the situation can and should be improved.
Part 4 – Briefly restate the problem and what action you hope your representative will take. Indicate how you think that this will benefit your community and state. Your last sentence in this section should be a firm statement about your concern and what legislative action you expect as a voter.
