Confidential Financial Certification
If you applying as an international student, please complete the Confidential Financial Certification form. Include a bank letter showing the amount listed on the Confidential Financial Certification Form and send your forms by email, fax or mail to the Office of Admissions.
Note: The certification form has to be signed by the guarantor (owner of money named in the bank letter).
