The Center for Health Information Analysis collects the summary utilization and financial data from more than 250 Nevada health care facilities. We maintain the last five years of reports on our website and update this web page with the latest submissions as soon as they become available.

Facilities reporting this information must do so electronically. The CHIA Report Manager is linked to the left. Each quarter, prior to submission, please check the "Updates" page to ensure you are using the latest version of the program.
