Data Submission Formats

(NOTICE: AB146 has been temporarily suspended due to state budget cuts. Hospital and ASC OUTPATIENT data will not be collected until further notice.)

All data is submitted in fixed format ASCII files:

Codebook for UB92 format (total line length 1354)

Codebook for UB04 format.......... (errata) (total line length 4257)

1500 - ASC Patient Encounters January 1, 2008 and forward (format pending) (1500 user manual)

By state REGULATION, all acute care hospitals are to submit their inpatient data to our Center on a monthly basis. Each months data is to be submitted within 45 days of the end of each month. For example, January data must be submitted by March 15.
