Department of Health & Human Services Annual Report

Every year the DHHS compiles information from various sources and creates a report on the activities and operations of their department. Those reports can be found on this page. You will find PDF files that contain each year's entire compilation. There will also be self extracting zip files containing the individual Word and Excel files from which the report was created. If you are not familiar with self extracting zip files, do the following: Save the file to a directory (preferably an empty one). Go to that directory using windows explorer. Double click on the file and it will open a dialog box asking where you want the output. Enter a drive and directory and click the button UNZIP. This will extract the file into its component pieces.
