This EXCEL v5.0 Workbook applies a matrix effects correction to results of major element oxide analyses done on the Rigaku 3030 XRF Spectrometer operated by CVTS. The matrix effects correction is based on the results of data collected and published by Norrish and Chappell, 1967. The coefficients derived by this work are for fused disks made at a 1:5 (rock to flux) ratio only. For more information on the correction see:
