A web-based model has been developed for simulating the transport of toxic
materials within rooms and building interiors. The numerical model is based
on the boundary element method (BEM) coupled with a Lagrangian Particle Transport
technique (LPT) utilizing the JAVA programming language. The JAVA model allows
a user to simulate indoor airflow and pollutant dispersion patterns for indoor
room configurations created by the user or obtained from CAD drawings. Graphical
results are displayed as velocity vectors and contour plots of concentration.
