The Rebel Achievement Awards is an annual recognition ceremony sponsored by the division of student life created to celebrate the contributions to students within the division and the university community. All students and student sponsored groups and programs are eligible to be recognized. The goal is to honor the exemplary work of the UNLV student population as a whole. Every students who is nominated received an invitation to attend the ceremony and a certificate recognizing their nomination. The winners are selected through a detailed screening process and announced at the ceremony. This year's ceremony marked the 6th annual celebration and was held in the Student Union ballroom.
