Millennium Students Tuition and Fee Calculator
All students eligible for a Millennium Scholarship receive notification from the Millennium Scholarship Office. The notification clearly states what is required to remain eligible for this Scholarship. You must be admitted to UNLV as a full time student at UNLV taking 12 or more credits. The scholarship will pay $960.00 per fall and spring semester. All summer courses are paid at $80.00 a credit for 3 or more credits. If a student fails to complete the minimum number of credits with a 2.75 GPA, they will not be eligible to continue to receive the scholarship for the next semester. You must check with the Financial Aid & Scholarship Office on how to maintain / regain your eligibility to receive the Millennium Scholarship. Statements of "I did not or do not know how much the scholarship will pay" or "I did not know I was not going to receive the scholarship" is not an acceptable response for failure to pay on time or to pay without penalties.

If this is your first semester to receive the Millennium Scholarship, you will receive a letter from the Millennium Scholarship Office with your eligibility. You need to take this letter to the Financial Aid & Scholarship Office which is located on the 2nd floor of the Student Services Building (SSC).
If this is not your first semester at UNLV to receive the Millennium Scholarship, you must have completed at least 12 credits with a minimum of 3.25 GPA to continue to receive the scholarship. Check the Financial Aid & Scholarship website or call them at (702) 895-3424 for verification of your continuing eligibility. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they are eligible to continue to receive the scholarship and to ensure their tuition and fees are paid on time regardless of the status of their financial aid.

The millennium scholarship is $80.00 per credit for 12 or more credits to a maximum of $960.00 per fall and spring semester. . PLEASE NOTE: You must be an admitted undergraduate student enrolled for 12 or more credits for the scholarship to be disbursed.
Financial Aid & Scholarships will electronically transfer your millennium scholarship to your student account during registration, if eligible, and you are enrolled for 12 or more credits. PLEASE NOTE: The millennium scholarship will not pay your tuition and fees in full. You must pay your portion on time to avoid late fees. All tuition and fees are due by the last day of registration without penalty and by the last day of late registration with $125.00 late fee. Financial Aid & Scholarships will pay for 12 credits before the late penalty period begins. After registration is over, they will pay for any credits above 12 without penalty to the student. Student is responsible to pay their portion of all credits on time though.
All tuition and fees are due in full during registration. The millennium scholarship does not pay your tuition and fees in full. You must subtract the appropriate amount disclosed above from your total tuition and fees bill. This difference is your portion and you must pay it on time. Your portion is due by the last day of registration without penalty and the last day of late registration with $125.00 late fee. Failure to pay your portion on time does constitute nonpayment and you may be disenrolled from school for nonpayment.
Payment may be made on the registration website by credit card. You may mail your payment (note payment must be received by the due dates, postmark date not accepted) or pay with cash in the Cashier's Office. The Cashier's Office is located in the Student Services Building, 1st floor.
If you do not pay your portion of tuition and fees on time, you will be charged a late fee. Failure to pay during the late registration period, does constitute nonpayment. You may be disenrolled from classes for the semester for nonpayment.
If you pay your portion on time and the Millennium Scholarship does not disburse, you must contact the Financial Aid & Scholarship Office. If there was an error in disbursement of the scholarship, you may appeal the late fees charged on the late disbursement of the scholarship. If you were eligible, but there was a disbursement error, your late fee will be waived. PLEASE NOTE: If you were not eligible for the Millennium Scholarship, you will be responsible to pay the unpaid tuition and fees immediately. You may be charged a late fee.
Millennium Scholarship Funds do not disburse during the Summer Term. All students must pay their tuition and fees on time during summer. If the student is eligible for the Millennium Scholarship, a reimbursement will be disbursed and mailed to the student in September of the year. PLEASE NOTE: All Millennium students must pay their tuition and fees for summer term courses on time per the summer schedule. Reimbursement of the $80.00 per credit will be made in September if the student is eligible.
